Standard Pirastro Oliv Viola Set

Oliv ‘the noble’ sounding string, they allow excellent exploration into a variety of sound colours. The sheep gut core of the Oliv strings is manufactured, wound and polished in the traditional way, by hand. Oliv strings offer a rich tone with complex overtones typical of gut strings. 

The A and D strings have a ball end while the G and C strings have a knot.

G- Gut core, Gold-Silver wound - Medium Tension.

C- Gut core, Tungsten-Silver wound - Medium Tension.
