Refund / Cancellation Policy
Returns are accepted as long as they meet the return requirements which are as follows:
The product must be unopened.
It must be in an immaculate, resaleable condition.
The product must be free from signs of wear or abuse. (Such as scratches, scuffs, scrapes.)
All components of the product must be there. (including any warranty cards, owners manuals, free gifts, etc.)
It must be sent back within two weeks of the purchase date.
Returns failing to meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Returns that are sent to us without Authorization will not be accepted.
You as a shopper have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods. If you do cancel your order, you will have your payment returned and you will need to follow the returns procedure.
Returning your product
Make sure you make a copy of your invoice for your records. Place the original invoice inside of the package. Please return the product to:

Returns are only paid for by String Shack if String Shack are at fault. For example if the wrong product was sent out, or if the product was unsuitably packaged. Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org to authorize a return.
