Do you accept returns or refunds?
Returns are accepted as long as they meet the return requirements which are as follows:
The product must be unopened.
It must be in an immaculate, resaleable condition.
The product must be free from signs of wear or abuse. (Such as scratches, scuffs, scrapes.)
All components of the product must be there. (including any warranty cards, owners manuals, free gifts, etc.)
It must be sent back within two weeks of the purchase date.
Returns failing to meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Returns that are sent to us without authorisation may not be accepted.
Returning your product.
Make sure you make a copy of your invoice for your records. Place the original invoice inside of the package. Please return the product to:

What is your warranty?
Warranty periods can vary depending on the product.
Strings and accessories do not have a warranty period.
Gewa offer a 2 year warranty on cases. However the warranty only covers you for manufacturing defects. It does not cover you for damages, scrapes, scuffs or general wear and tear.
Musafia offers a lifetime warranty on cases. However the warranty only covers you for manufacturing defects. It does not cover you for damages, scrapes, scuffs or general wear and tear.
BAM offers a one year warranty on cases. However the warranty only covers you for manufacturing defects. It does not cover you for damages, scrapes, scuffs or general wear and tear.
What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
Delivery time can vary depending on your shipping option.
For 2nd Class deliveries please allow 1 week.
For 1st Class deliveries please allow 3 days.
Please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org if your item has not been delivered after these time periods and we will follow it up for you.
Will an item be back in stock?
Yes, we are always replenishing stock.
We do our best to make sure that any product you are looking for is avalible to you. However on rare occations some products may be discontinued by the manufacturer.
