Pirastro Oliv Violin D Rigid

Oliv ‘the noble’ sounding string, they allow excellent exploration into a variety of sound colours. The sheep gut core of the Oliv strings is manufactured, wound and polished in the traditional way, by hand. Oliv strings offer a rich tone with complex overtones typical of gut strings. 

The Stiff D and G strings have a darker and more powerful sound. They come as a straight string with a knot end.
